John is the absolute best. He may be relatively new to the real estate game, but what he lacks in years, he makes up for in effort and diligence. Also whatever he doesn't know for sure, he is resourceful so he finds the answers through his extensive network. He has decades of experience in sales and knows how to manage and market. Our home sale process was an outlier with many setbacks and issues, none of which were John's fault and he helped us feel heard and assured with clear expectations and explanations of every process. 10/10

I still can't believe how FAST, my house SOLD! Vanessa was instrumental in staging my property, and the photographer she selected was so professional and respectful of my property. His photos were so BEAUTIFUL...lightning, position of the camera to highlight the rooms purpose and ambience. I truly believe the expertise on how to position my house in the staging process definitely help to sell my "casita" FAST!!! ...within a week, well for sure 4 working days...we received offers!!!
